Class Descriptions

 

All Level Spinal Yoga 

This all level class offers specific postures and movements
to decompress the spine and strengthen the pelvic and shoulder girdles.
As we move into this practice 3 levels of flow will be offered….
no flow – or rest between the movements,
low flow – modified vinyasa,
high flow – full vinyasa.
Beginners are encouraged to attend.
Chairs are available for balance and/or seating.
